When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, location, and the details and files relating to your requirement.

We also record standard technical information such as the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate your requirement, source it with manufacturing partners, prepare a quotation, and communicate with you about it.

To source a product we may need to share the technical details of your requirement with a manufacturing partner. We do not share your commercial pricing information with other customers.

Retention and access

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to manage the commercial relationship and to meet business record-keeping obligations.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us.
